Orders are supplied by the vendor named above. A quote is a time-limited commercial snapshot; an order is formed only after the configured confirmation step.

• Product IDs, quantities and variants must match the final quote.
• Availability and delivery promises are recorded at quote time.
• Vendor warnings and required buyer fields form part of the order.

The vendor controls the buyer information it asks PAYAI to collect for fulfilment. PAYAI stores only the information required by the configured checkout fields.

• Anonymous status access uses an opaque bearer capability.
• PAYAI stores a hash of the capability, not the token itself.
• Wallet addresses and transaction evidence are handled as potentially personal data.

The vendor supplies fulfilment methods, service areas, timing and delivery updates. The authoritative quote contains the applicable promise.

• Supported methods are published from current vendor records.
• Unsupported destinations fail before an order is created.
• The vendor remains the fulfilment and support party.

Cancellation eligibility and timing are determined by the vendor’s published policy and the order’s commercial and fulfilment states.

• A blockchain payment’s irreversibility does not erase vendor refund duties.
• Cancellation records remain part of the immutable order timeline.
• Contact the vendor support address for a case-specific decision.

The vendor executes refunds from its own wallet. PAYAI can prepare an instruction and verify the resulting transaction evidence.

• Partial refunds retain their commercial-currency value.
• A refund is not marked complete before transaction verification.
• PAYAI never takes custody of buyer or vendor funds.
